1. Our Commitment to Quality, the Environment and Sustainability

At Mirplay we design and manufacture furniture for various sectors with a clear purpose: to create safe, comfortable and sustainable spaces for new generations. Our commitment goes beyond the product: we integrate responsible practices at every stage of our activity.

We are guided by a management system oriented towards continuous improvement, resource efficiency, environmental respect and sustainable innovation, with the aim of minimising environmental impact and maximising the social value of our actions.

2. Quality and Environment Policy

Our quality and environmental policy establishes the reference framework for defining objectives in both areas. It is specified in the following commitments:

Customer satisfaction: We meet the agreed requirements, adapting to the needs of our customers to guarantee their satisfaction.
Regulatory compliance: We apply current legislation, both in terms of quality and the environment, in all our areas of action.
Environmental protection: The protection of the environment and the prevention of pollution are a transversal principle that guides all our activities.
Innovation and continuous improvement: We are committed to Research, Development and Innovation in order to improve products, processes and knowledge.
Management based on international standards: We apply international standards UNE-EN ISO 9001 and 14001 to follow quality and sustainability standards.

We ensure that this policy is known, understood and applied by all staff, and is available to all stakeholders.

We also have a Good Environmental Practices Procedure that we share with our suppliers in order to minimise the negative impacts associated with our activities.

These certifications guarantee the implementation of good practices throughout the production cycle, from design to delivery.

4. Sustainability Indicators

We measure and review our impacts annually to further reduce them. Some of our current key targets include:

Reducing the use of plastics in packaging
Reducing electricity consumption in the plant
Increasing the percentage of recyclable materials in our products
Optimising transport to reduce emissions

This data is reviewed annually to establish new targets and improvement plans. For this reason, we produce an Annual Waste Management Report every year.
